We are proud to present our ESG and LCP Reports, which transparently showcase the actions and results of our company in the areas of Environmental, Social, and Governance - a summary of our commitment to sustainability and responsible practices that drive our growth.

The acronym ESG identifies three fundamental pillars used to measure a company's sustainability and ethical impact:

• Environmental: Evaluates how a company performs in relation to the environment, analyzing factors such as greenhouse gas emissions, waste management, and the use of natural resources.
• Social: Examines the impact of the company on society and people, including respect for workers' rights, diversity, inclusion, and workplace safety.
• Governance: Concerns internal management practices, such as professional ethics, transparency, board composition, and anti-corruption measures.

LCP, or Life Cycle Perspective, represents a methodological approach aimed at quantifying the overall environmental impact of a company’s production processes, not only by assessing the production cycle (Core) but also the Upstream and Downstream phases:

• Upstream: Everything that occurs before production, such as transportation from suppliers.
• Core: Activities under the direct control of the company, such as in‑house manufacturing and waste management.
• Downstream: Everything that happens after the product is sold, such as distribution to customers
